I attempted to complete walk ik massage service but wasn't available advised to set appt I called back to do so. After I gave card information to representative I wasn't advised of cancellation fee or policy. I called on day of appt to cancel but was advised then there's 50% fee for same day cancellation to prevent charge I rescheduled.

So I ended up cancelling appt due to financial circumstances so when I called to cancelled I reiterated there will be cancellation fee of 50% which will be 25 correct rep did not dispute when I looked at checking account o wad charged 39 fee when I called they told me they.advised me of fee. However I wasn't advised is be charged non member fee of 78 so that's why I was charged 39 the rep so not set expectation for new customer and now they have lost my business I'm waiting to hear from owner. But reps have been lying each time I call or come in
