The two dealerships Massey Chevrolet and Tustin Chevrolet have shamefully Failed to Respond to our certified letters of complaint for Knowingly and Willingly engaging in, Unlawful and Deceptive Businesses Practices.
Both of these two dealerships have been issued several violations from the State Enforcement Agency, "Consumer Affairs" (Bureau of Automotive Repair, for violating the California Business and Professions Code .

It is noce that things are alleged here, what EXACTLY is being alleged? I recently purchased a vehicle from Tustin Chevrolet and it was by far the most PLEASANT experience I have ever had buying a car. I have purchased a number of cars and this is probably the only dealer that I didn't think was being deceptive. I got a great price on the car, great warranty, great people to deal with and I walked out of there happy.
So, again, how are these dealers being deceptive? Spell it out!
