Master Of Tails / Happy Customer

AUTHOR: Buyer - (United States of America)

I am a very satisfied customer  , I purchased my first pet from Master of tails in 2008 a Black Toy Poodle.

Not only was our new puppy in perfect health but the gentleman that was assisting me with my purchase spent almost 2 hours telling my husbamd and I how to properly care for our new puppy. He covered everything from A to Z , I would have been lost without him.

I have nothing put positive things to say about my experience and I would purchase another puppy from them in a heartbeat.

Thank you

Slander towards "Master of Tails"

AUTHOR: Peggy - (United States of America)

This slanderous report towards "Master of Tails" from Hollywood, FL is simple FALSE, NOT TRUE!!!   I purchased a white poodle from them about 4 years ago and found them to be honest, forthright and very helpful.  I have had my poodle now for 4 years and he has been very healthy, good natured and a great companion.  I went online to try to find them again as I wish to be a repeat customer.  I know that all of their puppies are imported and pure breed in Argentina!  If this report put them out of business, I will be very upset as I am trying to find them again to make another purchase but only found this horrible, awful UNTRUE report instead.  If anyone knows where they are now, I hope that they will post it here and if there are any others who bought from them, I would hope that they would post their positive comments too!

The Real Story

AUTHOR: Mot Management - (U.S.A.)

This client has already been satisfied and as we contacted Mr. Anthony he advice us that he never wrote anything on this site. We are truly dissapointed at this false claims, that people can do with no facts and being able to hide their identity without having the decency of saying who they are.

The real story.
Mr. Antony purchased a male Yorkshire terrier from Master of Tails on September 19, 2007. This puppy tested negative for intestinal parasites on floats performed by our Veterinarian (9/13/07). During their routine examination a Giardia/Elisa test was sent to Antech Diagnostics Laboratory (9/20/07) and the puppy tested once again negative for ova and parasites. The puppy had a positive result for the protozoan Giardia. Appropriate medication was Rx by their veterinarian, but medication was not picked up until 10/4/07 according to the vet history, this was almost 2 weeks after the test results were given. So for 2 weeks according to the vet's history this dog was without treatment.

The puppy needed a second round of medication since it tested positive again about a month later. At this point we can either guess the first round of medication was not successful at treating the problem. But we can also think that the medication was never properly given to the pet, since the vet history claims that Mr. Anthony was having trouble administering medication to the puppy. Master of Tails was made aware of this issue on 10/23/07 about 4 weeks after they had taken the puppy home. At which time, since we stand behind every puppy we sell and are committed to their wellbeing, we offered the family a reimbursement for any expenses that were related to this issue. 11/5/07 Mr. Anthony's wife/partner signs a letter of acceptance of the refund and was completely satisfied with the outcome.
12/1/07 a refund check was issued to Mr. Anthony and sent via mail to his home.

Mr. Anthony's claim that Master of Tails sells sick dogs is completely unfound and not truthful. Mr. Anthony's claim that Master of Tails sells puppy mill puppies is also completely false since our puppies only come from private home breeders from outside the USA.

Master of Tails is rated an "A" company by BBB.

Master of Tails takes our commitment to good business practices very seriously.
This intent on Mr. Anthony's part to create false claims about Master of Tails' integrity and honesty about our business dealings would be considered defamation and therefore would end up in legal action taken towards Mr. Anthony by Master of Tails, unless he removes these false claims from the website or a rectification statement is provided to rippoffreport.com.
