What a RIP OFF

mastercard fraudulently claimed there was credit card fraud on my card that I bought at the store They said I claimed there was fraud committed by a respectable science website which I in no way shape  or form did. The site zombal.com has never had anyone make any claims like that against them. I called mc to ask what the status of the refund was from zombal and they took it upon themselves to file a fraud claim and called me and said you have to call another dept to get the card reissued I called them and they said you have to find the receipt and fax this big list of info over to them so the card can be reissued.

What a nightmare I cant find the receipt I dont have a fax machine going to one is a big hassle. This is a SCAM its dumb and dumber in real life they even said if the phone record proves there was no claim of fraud which it clearly will,  it will not matter, find the receipt find a way to fax everything if you dont we will take all of this money for our company coiffures and there is nothing that can be done about it. ..... A credit card company that is one of the arbiters of weeding out of credit card fraud is committing credit card fraud this isn't bad comedy this a real outrage.

The Justice dept needs to investigate mastercard. They even said if you dont have a fax machine to send the info we will take your money and there is nothing that can be done about it. This is illegal, there is no such terms and conditions in any documentation of any company in the country like this because it is a SCAM to make that kind of demand. What if someone lives in the mountains and doesn't use fax machines? All lawbreaking companies in the liars gallery need to be reported so they can be exposed.
