Mathew Carpenter Mathew E Carpenter LLC Professional Con Artist, Doesn't Pay his employees Rancho Cordova California

 I worked for this guy for a couple months and he never wanted to pay me all of my money, it was always 100 here and ill owe you the rest. His business practices embarrassed me as an employee, he would sit in the truck playing his video game on his phone, if he was at the job at all. He would get payed up front for jobs, supplies and labor, then have to downgrade supplies in the end because he had already spent the money. I now have a wage claim against him for the $300 he never paid me. He pretty much told me that he has no intention of paying me and threatened me when i told him i was filing a claim. I thought this would be a great summer job while off of college. This guy ruined my whole summer.
