I was interested in wagering on sports for the first time. I went to google and looked up sports betting. At the top was a website called VegasInsider. So I went to the website and browsed around. I came across a supposedly professional Matt Zylbert. His Biography states he is the best in the country. So I decided I would follow his plays for the Major League Baseball season. I had $5000 to play with, and his bio said he was a great investment.

So I paid $500 for the half of a season at the begining of the baseball season. I then did more research and found I needed to have a bankroll, and to wager between 1 and 5 percent per bet. I decided it owuld be safe to wager 1% per bet.

Well, things did not go as well as Matt led me to believe. I started with a $4500 bankroll after spending $500 for his package. And I wagered $50 per bet. By the end of June I had $87 left in my bankroll.

So after sending him $500, and following his plays for Baseball betting $50, I was broke. They refused to even refund me the $500 I paid to lose.

Please stay away! Unless you want to throw money away for nothing and endure headaches. Matt Zylbert is nothing but a liar and a fraud. I dont believe any of his records to be ture. I could have lost almost $5000 all by myself, without wasting $500 on him.

I overlooked a part of the consumers complaint.

I overlooked part of the consumers initial report where he said "By the end of June" he lost most of his money betting on Matt Zylberts plays for baseball. So this is Mr. Zylberts record from March 31 to June 31st:

Matt Zylbert's MLB Picks
Period: 03/31/2013 to 06/30/2013
Pick Type: All Picks
Record: 105-123-14 ( 46.1% , -2995)

You can check his record yourself at vegasinsider.com/handicappers/bios.cfm/hc/272/matt-zylbert and just enter the dates involved for the consumers complaint.

Mr. Zylbert still has not rebutted the consumers complaint about losing his money for the first half season package he spent $500 on. Instead Mr. Zylbert ignored the complaint, and just posted his record for the second half and season. Without regard to what the consumer was complaining about.

Why would Mr. Zylbert NOT address what the consumer purchased? The consumer was complaining about the FIRST HALF SEASON PACKAGE and that he lost a lot of money from March till end of June, and paid $500 to Mr. Zylbert.

Instead, Mr. Zylbert posted a second half record (from July-October), and season record... without posting the first half record from March till June in which the consumer was complaining.

Can Mr. Zylbert come with an actual rebuttal from the dates of March 31 to June 31st, showing that this complaint is false, and that the consumer who spent $500 is lying?

The consumer was complaining about the first 3 months

AUTHOR: NFLTrends - ()

The first rebuttal by Mr. Matt Zylbert did not have anything to do with what the consumer was complaining about. The consumer was complaining about the first half of the season package he bought. No where did the consumer state anything about the whole season or anything to that nature.

The consumer stated he lost a lot of money for the first half of the season which ran from March 31 to July 16th. Going over Matt Zylbert records for the first half of the season his record stood at:

Matt Zylbert's MLB Picks
Period: 03/31/2013 to 07/16/2013
Pick Type: All Picks

Record: 133-140-14 ( 48.7% , -2026)

Mr. Zylbert did not rebute the claim whatsoever, but instead showed his second half of the season and regular season record. If Mr. Zylbert can show that he showed a profit for this consumer for his purchase of the first half of the season (from March 31 to July 16) then his rebuttal would be valid.

As it stand now, with the facts involved, the consumer was 100% right in that he lost money on his investment of $500 for the first half of the season. The consumer did not bring up a whole season investment, nor did he bring up a whole season investment. He only purchased a first half of season package, which Mr. Zylbert knowingly did not bring up in his rebuttal whatsoever.

Hahaha in case you didn't know, this is actually a message board poster from The RX, who has always been jealous of me and has always wanted to be hired by a company like Vegas Insider to sell his own picks (The story can be found in this thread: therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=953661&page=12&p=10343199#post10343199 ... notice how the date of this "complaint" matches exactly when he first posted it in that thread and in here haha)

The actual statistics, of course, are that I led Vegas Insider for the entire baseball regular season, finishing an impressive 281-230-30 (55%). Most impressive of that was the 169-99-16 (63.1%) run I had in the season's final three months, which, as all gamblers know, is almost impossible to achieve for that length of time and that many games. Hitting over 60-percent for such an extensive stretch is every gambler's dream with -110 bets, which are exactly what my over/under bets entail.

As a result, all of my clients were thrilled with the investment they made, en route to finishing first in the company in only my first season. But thank you, "NFL Trends" (His poster name on the message board he's obsessed with lol he's been trying to sell picks for years and has always been jealous of those who do it successfully), for providing extra spotlight on me, and allowing me to actually bring the facts that show customers made a VERY wise investment and profited significantly in the end.

So, hmm, I wonder who they'll believe: A nameless, faceless message board poster that has always been obsessively jealous of me, or the man himself who actually, you know, provided all the facts and statistics that show my customers made considerable profits in the end? While I finished in first place for the whole company? Is that baad?

Case closed.
