These people ignored my attorney's letter disputing claims they made regarding my deposit and other issues and hired a collection team to collect money from me. They have violated numerous laws within the Fair Credit Reporting and Consumer protect act:
Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2, prohibits a person from reporting information to credit bureaus where the reporting person knows or has reason to know that the information is inaccurate.
Please do not give this company your business.
Future Employers beware, Matthew Hardy is a dishonest and unethical employee and may incur liabilities through his inappropriate actions.
