First of all, like any other store, the sales associates was very nice. My problem started when the deliver drivers came to my house. Besides one of them asking to use the bathroom, they were very rude. I was told at the store when I made my purchase that they would take the old mattress but apparently it wasn't their job, saying "why don't he take it to store and sit himself there". After they left I called the phone number I was given to speak with the manager.
The person that picked up the phone was treating my like I was bothering him, he was giving my attitude and saying that he was the only one available at that moment because the manager was outside loading trucks because that was his job and that he had me on speaker so I needed to talk fast because everyone was listening to me. I told him to stop giving my attitude, I wasn't yelling or cursing at him therefore there was no necessity for his lack of education.
After a moment of silent the "operations manager" comes to the phone and while trying to explain myself I heard on the background "she is so stupid bro' . . ." I intermediately wanted to speak with somebody else besides the "operations manager" but he said "there was nobody else on top of me and if you dont know company tittles it is the owner of the store and the me." . I just want to share my story, I paid $500 for a queen mattress Avondale Euro Top... with "free delivery", you'll make you own conclusions if its going to be worth your money with this company.
