mattress 1 Gave me a defective product and poor customer service sanford Florida

This company sent me a defective mattress, wich was delivered late due to missed product on delivery truck. Store rep agreed product was defective when I went up to the store and showed him pictures from my phone, yet will not refund my money. Product is breaking down after only 8 weeks of using product. Sides are caving in and middle of mattress is forming a hump, even though we rotated the mattress every 2 weeks as per instruction in store.

Does not return calls to assist you with your issue, even after you go to the store and they tell you they will call you. Thier finance co. will not work with you, renovate TD bank. They are in favor of thier merchant regarless of how many disputes you send them in writing documenting the issue. I have found over 177 complaints filed with BBB against this comapny, as well as other sites such as this, all with the same issues. defective product, poor customer service, and consumers given the run around. Do Not do business with this company, you will regret it!
