I have a defective mattress that I am not able to sleep on I called the company and described the defect.

They acknowleged that it has been a problem with this particular mattress.

Will not come out to inspect my mattress for two weeks. After that it will take 7 to 10 days for them to take action.

In the mean time I am sleeping on the floor and they said too bad.

This is obviously a stalling tactic.
