I purchased a vehicle from Max-Cars.NET on Feb 6th, Its been a screaming match since the day I bought this car... 

First of all I drove up to the Dealership , I looked thru their inventory I was interested in 1 car.... Honda Accord 2002 so the price tag said $4999 cash.... I agreed... to purchase at that price ....

So Max the dealership owner so he claims ... comes to me and says, put down $1800 , I thought about it I told him I had $1300 cash so we made a deal where in  3 weeks they can take the remainder of the payment. 500 dollars.... and you will owe $5300 ... I said fine I was in need of vehicle where my job requires me to visit clients everyday ( I am a computer technician )... I asked several times, If i can take this vehicle to a mechanic to have it looked at.

Max's response was NO you can bring your mechanic here... I dont own a Auto repair shop... I dont know any mobile mechanics who will drop everything they are doing to come and investigate a vehicle that is at some dealership. I offered to let them hold my deposit, till I took the car to a mechanic they still said NO. He said the vehicle passed our inspection and I had 90 Day /4500 mile Warranty.

So after the test drive. we went inside the office, I asked him “is this car reliable?, I need a reliable car”. He said yes, our warranty will fix anything if anything goes wrong don’t worry.. So I took his word for it signed. Drove away... been a NIGHTMARE since! … Next 3 weeks I had never spent so much time dealing with a company to take responsibility for their actions… the companys entire goal was to push me away for days at a time with non sense excuses.

so here we are first week.....

First 48 hours the car over heats.... I literarily drive it off the lot... and i'm calling them hours later, people saying there is clouds of smoke coming out of the back of my car (oil mixing with water creating white cloud smoke)... I got scared I had a mechanic investigate the issue... you have a blown head gasket. Interesting! you sell me car claiming that it goes thru many inspections and fixes ect... promise me assure me the vehicle is in good working condition, come to find out the vehicle is overheating like crazy, head gasket is blown.

After hours of arguing and trying to find a solution, they finally take the vehicle back. Now they put me in a FORD EXPLORER 2000 somones trade in (UN SAFE). THIS IS MY NEW TEMPORARY CAR TILL MY CAR GETS FIXED. I took this car for 5 days ... so now here we are I purchased vehicle and first week the car is in shop for 6 days from Friday till Tuesday afternoon ( after arguing and holding them their promise. Now MIND YOU I am a computer technician I'm on call 24/7.

So that weekend I had several jobs in Boca Raton , West Palm Beach , Aventura ... ect... THE VEHICLE THEY GAVE ME BREAKS DOWN ON ME SEVERAL TIMES ON THE HIGHWAY OVERHEATED.... I almost got in several accidents... the vehicle over heated on me turned off on me. I got stuck on DIXIE HWY I HAD TO GET OUT OF THE CAR AND PUSH IT OVER THE RAILROAD TRACK. I CALLED VANESSA SEVERAL TIMES REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH MAX. He did not respond to any of my concerns as matter a fact... that week his excuse was "I AM AT THE HOSPITAL SICK".

Meanwhile the Vehichle I’m in right now is UNSAFE / NO SEATBELTS was never inspected but it was my only option they offered me because it was a suppose to be quick repair 2 – 3 days max and I was suppose to be happy after. Fine, I asked to speak to someone in charge... guess what? nobody is in charge its only MAX.... several people quit the day I purchased this car... I should of made that my first red flag. Also when I purchased this vehicle I was promised a 90 day warranty 4500 miles .

Come to find out, after I take this car to my mechanic he tells me this title is REBUILT. THEY ILLEGALY SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT MY DISCRESSION. SOLD IT, “AS USED” not as a “REBUILT TITLE”. I WOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT A REBUILT TITLE VEHICLE for that price!. Their website says NOT REBUILT

After I ran car fax and found out it has  several accidents it disappointed me even more… at this point I wanted to return the vehicle but you couldn’t because the guy who sold it to me became a ghost…

week #2 -

The vehicle is returned to me. Yet never seen Max the guy is not in office... with more problems... the vehicle cannot go over 60 MPH without it freaking out... I have video recorded I will provide links to youtube uploads shortly. I IMMEDIETLY called MAX-CARS told them the situation they told me MAX IS IN hospital he will get back to you soon as he gets back. I'm angry at this point you took $ from me you took car from me its not in working condition and now you are avoiding me.

Apparently MAX the owner had a "minor heart attack" I wonder why? screwing over too many people? maybe the pressure of ripping off hollywood florida residents off? I dont know but obviously there is some sketchyness going on where first week car breaks , week 2 and 3, owner is missing in action, week 4 I try to make arrangements to fix this vehicle, the speed issues its having. no response,no emails,no phone calls,no texts appointment all avoided. This guy is harder to find then OBAMA... Literarily.

It became a job trying to reach the owner the guy who took my $ gave me the keys. you will come accross this "screaming spanish woman named Vanessa" this women is mental, has 0 care for any of her customers she will scream at top of her lungs and cuss you out. INSTEAD of hearing customers concerns she treats you as you are garbage. this company has 0 customer service, they dont care about you , they will rob you like they did to me.

so here we are week 4 - 5

I finally get call from MAX , Monday 10th  he says Hi can you come in.... I said sure I will be in friday 14th March , In my mind I was going to go in to either get full refund, change vehicles. At this point I was fed up with entire experience. Car was crap from start , customer service there as none. this is ran like a backyard c**k FIGHT ring you go into this place you will be put in the ring with somone ( nobody wants to help and points to MAX but MAX is not around) , 0 care for customers 0 care for anyone.

Only reasonable person that works at this company his name is Anthony. This guy picked me up and dropped me off few times. I tried to pick his brain on this purchase because this is my livley hood. I invested all the $ I had in this car I needed something stable. so I went with a Honda, here we are March 13th 2014 my vehicle was apparently REP-OD yesterday. on 12th... after several phone calls " I will provide phone records 10 calls +

I finally hear from Vanessa after hunting her down all day... 12 pm this is her response" MAX is at an auction' , I call at 1 pm I would like to know where my car is along with my property what is going on how can we solve this? Response Max is at auction he will be back later... so I wait till 4 pm ... Call again ask where is my car how can I get it back... I want my property.

so her response is your "your car is at auction" or DMV she spoke so quick ( mind you she does this speaking 1000 miles hour so you cant understand anything) VERY RUDLEY told me you lost your car you defaulted on first payment and now you lost $1800 plus your property. When I asked her to find out how much I owed so I can pay this and get this resolved. Or How I can get my $ back she said I defaulted and I’m at a loss. ( very rudely )

So if you looked on their website as you claimed you did yesterday you would have saw this if you would have selected a car, there is a gaurentee on every car. 

I signed a retailer installment contract and security agreement. I guess I have to lay out for you or did you take the time to read my response to other the other post. If you didn't then read them. 

Do you work for this company? If you do then you know what I signed.

Or are you a lawyer or something? 

Because for the life of me I can not understand why you are defending this company the way you are. I am not the only person this business has done like this. The whole point being is I aked for the numbers repeatedly that day and he said that the price was 12,000.00 including all fees and interest. When I went back on tuesday to get the paper work that reflected that he stated something different after I had the vehicle. Whether you agree with that is here nor there. I am not saying that I did not play my part in not getting the numbers ahread of time. He asked me to trust him and I did? So you tell me were I was wrong in putting my trust in someone who is "supposed" to be a legit dealer. You can sit there all you want and say well you should have done this or that but the fact remains is that you don't know what I did while I was there and you don't know what I tried. So if you not going to help me or tell me what I can do about it then stop responding. I did do the math and I kept saying that not right yet he kept saying the bank called him with these figues and they would send the information over on monday as it was a saturday and they were about to close. So you telling me I was not supposed to beleieve that. We were the last people on the lot there was a girl that was there before us. So again if you have no positive information for me or you work for this compant then I really don't need your response.

When the customer was about to buy the car on February 6th, we showed him the auto check report. In this report says that the 2001 Honda Accord was a rebuilt car, and he agreed to buy the car under its conditions. The car was a trade in and it wasn’t certified like the rest of our cars on sale.

 

     At the moment we did the business, the customer didn’t have enough money for the down payment and we gave him the opportunity to pay $1300 that day and the rest of the money he needed to fulfill the complete amount two weeks later, on February 24th ($500.00). The customer previously singed a form authorizing our office to collect the money. When the amount was due, we called the customer several times in order to receive the payment and he never answered. The office couldn’t collect the whole amount, just $453.00 and the customer called us angry saying he had to adjust his finances and he didn’t authorized the payment.

 here is the reality .... Max can pay his secretary or some guy to write up a nice rebuttle to what they did. THE TRUTH IS, these people are the most unprofressional , uncoopoerative group of individuals. ONCE they get your down payment its over! no REFUND UNDER ANY EXCEPTIONS! 

 

I WAS UPSET WHEN YOU CHARGED MY CARD, BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE VEHICLE ANY MORE! THIS CAR WAS DOOMED FROM THE START, I wanted a REFUND , I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO TAKE OUT ANY AMOUNT YOU WANTED TO TAKE OUT LIKE YOU DID, YOU WERE AUTHORIZED $500 HAD I DECIDED TO KEEP THIS CAR, AND I DID NOT WANT THIS VECHICLE AT THAT POINT ANY MORE. YOU SOLD ME A LEMON, THE VECHIELE BROKE DOWN FIRST WEEK I HAD IT. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK ... YOU PLAYED THE SICK CARD FOR 3 WEEKS ENOUGH TIME TO PUSH ME AWAY FROM A FULL REFUND...

    The customer says the dealer told him not to bring the mechanic to check the vehicle, and it wasn’t true because at that point we never refused to bring any mechanic to our location and we recommended some mechanics from the area to make it easy for him. Our first goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we were glad to help him advising that mechanic take a look at the vehicle before purchase it.

YES, I WANTED TO TAKE THIS VECHICLE TO GET IT LOOKED AT BY MY OWN 3RD PARTY MECHANIC, NOT SOME GUY THAT WORKS NEXT DOOR TO MAX-CARS THAT YOU PAY OFF... TO TELL CUSTOMERS B/S THAT VEHICLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

( I WANTED TO TAKE THE CAR TO MIDAS ) 

     The car was perfectly fine and the customer drove the car more than a week and brought it overheated, he blew the head gasket because he waited until the last minute to bring the car to the mechanic, he speed it and was negligent. We scheduled some appointments in order to fix it because the car was on warranty but he never showed up. The dealer decided to borrow a car due to his needs. A trade in car was given to him and received back overheated.

 

THIS CAR WAS NEVER IN PERFECT CONDITION , IT HAD OVER 5 ACCIDENTS AND HAD REBUILT TITLE, SO YOU SAYING IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION IS LIKE AN OXY-MORON

     The 2001 Honda Accord was repaired and given to the customer as it was since the very beginning, in good conditions.

 

     On March 17th, the customer called us again and was told that the car was making a funny noise. We scheduled an appointment to repair the car and he never returned or answered our calls. He stated that Max wasn’t available at the hospital but Max was sick and he couldn’t help at that moment. 

 

     On March 3rd he had to make his first payment and he default it. We tried to reach him several times during the week but he never called back. On March 11th the dealer reposed the vehicle. The car was destroyed by the customer, front bumper and exhausted system loose, windshield broken, like he was racing the car. We took pictures when the truck driver reposed the car.

  

   After the repossession, the customer talked with Max Arcadier in the office, and he assumed his responsibility in this situation saying that he failed the payments and he wasn’t in touch with the dealer. The owner gave to the customer two options in order to recover his Vehicle: to pay in full the cost of the car or just to pay the towing fee, the month he was behind and two months in advance, but the customer got angry and he refused to pay.

 

 

 

THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE , HAS BEEN A NIGHT MARE! THIS COMPANY HAS RUIED MY LIFE, SETTING ME BACK , SETTING MY FAMILY BACK, THEY ILLEGALLY REPOSSED MY VEHICLE ON DAY 28 , IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN ENTIRE 30 DAYS ... NOT TO MENTION A 7 DAY GRADE PERIOD THAT EVERY SINGLE DEALERSHIP HAS. THIS COMPANY DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME A WORKING CAR, THEY WANTED TO LOAN ME A BROKEN CAR AND TAKE IT BACK BEFORE 30 DAYS. THEY SCAM YOU... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT ... KEEP YOUR VEHICLE IN SHOP... THEN RETURN IT ... IT WILL WORK FOR MAYBE 5 - 7 DAYS THEN WHEN BREAKS AGAIN , YOU CANT RETURN IT OR REPAIR IT BECAUSE THEY GOT YOU WITHIN 30 DAYS...

 

 

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

The car was destroyed by the customer, front bumper and exhausted system loose, windshield broken, it looked like he was racing the car.We took pictures when the truck driver reposed the vehicle.

    After the repossesion, the customer talkedin the office with the owner, Max Arcadier, and he assumed his responsability in this situaton saying that he failed the payments and he wasnt in touch with the dealer. The owner gave to the customer two options in order to recover his vehicle: to pay in full the cost of the car or just to pay the towing fee, the month he was behind and two months in advance, but the customer got angry and refused to pay.

I purchased a vehicle from Max-Cars.NET on Feb 6th, Its been a screaming match since the day I bought this car... 

First of all I drove up to the Dealership , I looked thru their inventory I was interested in 1 car.... Honda Accord 2002 so the price tag said $4999 cash.... I agreed... to purchase at that price ....

So Max the dealership owner so he claims ... comes to me and says, put down $1800 , I thought about it I told him I had $1300 cash so we made a deal where in  3 weeks they can take the remainder of the payment. 500 dollars.... and you will owe $5300 ... I said fine I was in need of vehicle where my job requires me to visit clients everyday ( I am a computer technician )... I asked several times, If i can take this vehicle to a mechanic to have it looked at.

Max's response was NO you can bring your mechanic here... I dont own a Auto repair shop... I dont know any mobile mechanics who will drop everything they are doing to come and investigate a vehicle that is at some dealership. I offered to let them hold my deposit, till I took the car to a mechanic they still said NO. He said the vehicle passed our inspection and I had 90 Day /4500 mile Warranty.

So after the test drive. we went inside the office, I asked him “is this car reliable?, I need a reliable car”. He said yes, our warranty will fix anything if anything goes wrong don’t worry.. So I took his word for it signed. Drove away... been a NIGHTMARE since! … Next 3 weeks I had never spent so much time dealing with a company to take responsibility for their actions… the companys entire goal was to push me away for days at a time with non sense excuses.

so here we are first week.....

First 48 hours the car over heats.... I literarily drive it off the lot... and i'm calling them hours later, people saying there is clouds of smoke coming out of the back of my car (oil mixing with water creating white cloud smoke)... I got scared I had a mechanic investigate the issue... you have a blown head gasket. Interesting! you sell me car claiming that it goes thru many inspections and fixes ect... promise me assure me the vehicle is in good working condition, come to find out the vehicle is overheating like crazy, head gasket is blown.

After hours of arguing and trying to find a solution, they finally take the vehicle back. Now they put me in a FORD EXPLORER 2000 somones trade in (UN SAFE). THIS IS MY NEW TEMPORARY CAR TILL MY CAR GETS FIXED. I took this car for 5 days ... so now here we are I purchased vehicle and first week the car is in shop for 6 days from Friday till Tuesday afternoon ( after arguing and holding them their promise. Now MIND YOU I am a computer technician I'm on call 24/7.

So that weekend I had several jobs in Boca Raton , West Palm Beach , Aventura ... ect... THE VEHICLE THEY GAVE ME BREAKS DOWN ON ME SEVERAL TIMES ON THE HIGHWAY OVERHEATED.... I almost got in several accidents... the vehicle over heated on me turned off on me. I got stuck on DIXIE HWY I HAD TO GET OUT OF THE CAR AND PUSH IT OVER THE RAILROAD TRACK. I CALLED VANESSA SEVERAL TIMES REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH MAX. He did not respond to any of my concerns as matter a fact... that week his excuse was "I AM AT THE HOSPITAL SICK".

Meanwhile the Vehichle I’m in right now is UNSAFE / NO SEATBELTS was never inspected but it was my only option they offered me because it was a suppose to be quick repair 2 – 3 days max and I was suppose to be happy after. Fine, I asked to speak to someone in charge... guess what? nobody is in charge its only MAX.... several people quit the day I purchased this car... I should of made that my first red flag. Also when I purchased this vehicle I was promised a 90 day warranty 4500 miles .

Come to find out, after I take this car to my mechanic he tells me this title is REBUILT. THEY ILLEGALY SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT MY DISCRESSION. SOLD IT, “AS USED” not as a “REBUILT TITLE”. I WOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT A REBUILT TITLE VEHICLE for that price!. Their website says NOT REBUILT

week #2 -

The vehicle is returned to me. Yet never seen Max the guy is not in office... with more problems... the vehicle cannot go over 60 MPH without it freaking out... I IMMEDIETLY called MAX-CARS told them the situation they told me MAX IS IN hospital he will get back to you soon as he gets back. I'm angry at this point you took $ from me you took car from me its not in working condition and now you are avoiding me.

Apparently MAX the owner had a "minor heart attack" I wonder why? screwing over too many people? maybe the pressure of ripping off hollywood florida residents off? I dont know but obviously there is some sketchyness going on where first week car breaks , week 2 and 3, owner is missing in action, week 4 I try to make arrangements to fix this vehicle, the speed issues its having. no response,no emails,no phone calls,no texts appointment all avoided. This guy is harder to find then OBAMA... Literarily.

It became a job trying to reach the owner the guy who took my $ gave me the keys. you will come accross this "screaming spanish woman named Vanessa" this women is mental, has 0 care for any of her customers she will scream at top of her lungs and cuss you out. INSTEAD of hearing customers concerns she treats you as you are garbage. this company has 0 customer service, they dont care about you , they will rob you like they did to me.

so here we are week 4 - 5

I finally get call from MAX , Monday 10th  he says Hi can you come in.... I said sure I will be in friday 14th March , In my mind I was going to go in to either get full refund, change vehicles. At this point I was fed up with entire experience. Car was crap from start , customer service there as none. this is ran like a backyard c**k FIGHT ring you go into this place you will be put in the ring with somone ( nobody wants to help and points to MAX but MAX is not around) , 0 care for customers 0 care for anyone.

Only reasonable person that works at this company his name is Anthony. This guy picked me up and dropped me off few times. I tried to pick his brain on this purchase because this is my livley hood. I invested all the $ I had in this car I needed something stable. so I went with a Honda, here we are March 13th 2014 my vehicle was apparently REP-OD yesterday. on 12th... after several phone calls " I will provide phone records 10 calls +

I finally hear from Vanessa after hunting her down all day... 12 pm this is her response" MAX is at an auction' , I call at 1 pm I would like to know where my car is along with my property what is going on how can we solve this? Response Max is at auction he will be back later... so I wait till 4 pm ... Call again ask where is my car how can I get it back... I want my property.

so her response is your "your car is at auction" or DMV she spoke so quick ( mind you she does this speaking 1000 miles hour so you cant understand anything) VERY RUDLEY told me you lost your car you defaulted on first payment and now you lost $1800 plus your property. When I asked her to find out how much I owed so I can pay this and get this resolved. Or How I can get my $ back she said I defaulted and I’m at a loss. ( very rudely )
