My house was sold on auction by Ocwen two years ago, even it was protected by bankruptcy in that time, Ocwen refused to give me a rational modification, each customer services rep, had different version on my situation each time I  did call them, none agreed with the version they gave me in that time, they also lied to me,   many times, and many times they telephone system was unreacheable, because I  called them many times and differents days of the week or time and no one picked  the call.
Now with the INDEPENDENT FORECLOSURE REVIEW there are not hope because they wont take ocwens customer in consideration for that option due to the fact that ocwen is not part of the Fereral Regulation bureau.
Too many aberraciones by ocwen, has any one knows how to complaint or how started a Law sue to this financial?  Thank you in advance.

Start by Filing Lots of Complaints..

AUTHOR: LD - (United States of America)

I know so many people that have had a lot of trouble with Ocwen. Their customer services offices are all overseas and are awful. They also have an "F" Rating with the Better Business Bureau in Florida where they are based. I would file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then I would also file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's Office and the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and you can do all three online. The forms are very simple.

Even though Ocwen may not be a traditional bank they ARE regulated in how they process foreclosures. Every state has different laws and the mortgage guidelines are set by the Federal Government. Every company has to play by the rules.

I would speak to an attorney. There are many, MANY reasons one can use to sue a mortgage company. They are always sued. I use to work for one so I know. They have to first keep your original paperwork. They can't say they have a digital scan. They can't be deceptive in any way in any of their communications with you. Heck, you can even sue them if they overcharged you on fees which can be used to say they forced you into foreclosure. They have to have filed the foreclosure in a proper way by the state.

If you can't afford a lawyer, file the lawsuit yourself pro se. That is what it is called. "PRO SE" meaning that you will represent yourself. Your court clerk will tell you what form you need and there is a fee that can be waived if you are indigent, meaning you lack the funds to pay. You will need Ocwen's address in Florida. You can pull it up online. You have to have that because Ocwen will be served by the sheriff's office when you sue. They will have to respond. Many people have sued Ocwen and other mortgage companies AND WON. A woman up in New York came to Foreclosure court when she was losing her home and demanded the lawyers for Wells Fargo produce her original documents. They produced a digital scan. The judge was so upset he threw the attorneys out of court. She got the house free and clear. That doesn't happen all the time but Mortgage companies have to be very specific. Again, there are many reasons to sue Ocwen. If you can prove that your loan was in any way "predatory" or that you were singled out because you were black or hispanic or within a certain zipcode you can sue for that.

Don't stop. Go after them. More people need to learn to fight. And believe it or not more people are learning to file Pro Se lawsuits where they represent themselves.

Go to Google Scholar. Just google it "Google Scholar" and you will have an option to search all legal documents. Google Scholar has every lawsuit, legal document filed anywhere in the states. Then place in the search box Ocwen and every lawsuit filed against Ocwen will come up. Literally pages. They will be indebth. You will see why they were sued and what the judge ruled. It is a Wealth of Knowledge to help you.

Hope this helps!
