On dec.14,2005 My staement interest rose from 7.9 to 15.995,also my payment didnt figure out as far as payments and interest on purchases were made.I Disputed their billing practices and charges.(cert.mail.I heard nothing in 60 days and filed another mail withem, again nothing then a third mail reminding them that they were breaking the law.Next thing was demand letters from Mann/Bracken collections to settle for 70% or will take to arbritration.I sent them letter stating this account was being disputed. Then a cease and desits letter(cert.mail) Then I heard from NAF that I was being taken to arbritration for some ungodly amount.I wrote the NAF after speaking to them about cert mail. They stated NO cert.Mail..I had wrote a Notice of objection to Arbritration (rule 13A(2) (6/5/06.I recieved a mail stating just that. Then came a AWARD statement in the favore of Mann/Bracken collections.I again wrote a letter to Vacate award and no response in return(9/1/2006) in return TILL 8/24/07Court papers to gain judgement on AWARD. Something was wrong with their paper work and Judge tossed their claim out with out predadice .On 10/9/2007 I wrote a cease and desist letter to Shermeta,Adams & Von Allmen,PC.(certified) On 9/27/07 Papers were signed to take me to court again. First aranment the Attorney had no info to talk to me about so that date was a waste.Next was a summery disposition.Again the judge stated he could not do that at this time.Thet have nothing but AWARD letter..Thats it.I never seen ,signed or was read anything about any contract or agreement. All business was over the phone. When they were really driving for customers. When the Card arrived it was in a envelope with cards on type of cardboard saying thank you for taking advantage of the World award card..My bill was not late till I sent letter and no response.I had agreed as judge had suggested or court he said to arbritrate from 3 local attorneys from here.I agreed to not take up the courts time.Must be in court the 14 for Judgement. Please contact myself ASAP to maybe gain more knowladge ..I have attempeted to contact attorneys here in Michigan area and They state I can not help you.My mistake is Im honest and state up front Im on Limited income(DSSI).I also stated that to Collection attorney and they didnt state anything to that. All other activist I have contacted state about the same or ferer myself to some that DOES stste I cannot help[ you.Thank you for taking the time to read and responde.Steve.
