Hello Again, My name is Chad McCain, owner of McCain Construction. I just wanted to give another update on this absurd review. To date, I have yet to hear from Ali or from his lawyer. If the accusations were true he would absolutely be attempting to collect!! I also want to stress again that Ali is NOT a consumer. He is a competing contractor, owner of Extreme Storm Solutions who is also service the Chicago land area. I believe he is trying to boost his business by slandering other hard working legitimate companies like mine. If I wanted to stoop to his level, I also could post many negative reviews about him and his company. But, that wouldn't help me any. At McCain Construction we are still here strong, happily servicing the Chicago land area, installing beautiful seamless gutters, at the working mans price. We also offer a wide variety of aluminum repair work. With all of ice damming we experienced here in Chicago, im sure many of us out there will be needing our gutter and soffit & fascia systems tightened up!   3/29/2017 Hello Consumers, My name is Chad McCain, owner of McCain Construction. I want to start off by informing everyone that Ali Fidani, the author of the posting against me, is in no way a consumer. He is in fact owner of Extreme Storm Solutions in Crestwood Il. He and I are competitors in the exterior remodeling trade in the Chicagoland area. I believe Ali is attempting to tarnish my good name and reputation by posting such untrue malicious attacks. It is true that my company was subcontracted to install gutters for E.S.S. (ali's company). That is the only true fact he has told. I have been installing gutters as a subcontractor for the last 9 years and have worked with over 15 different chicagoland contractors in my career. I currently work for 6 and will willing give all company name's to serious potential customers for reference. I invoice every single company the same and have never had any type of problem, with any of them, besides Ali. Every job that he claims I overcharged, I have rock solid proof proving my numbers are correct. I'm my estimation he still owes me for the 125 ft in question. With every gutter job I install, a gutter map/ diagram has to be drawn-out. On these maps are the precise measurements that the gutters are made to. I invoice straight off of the maps and never add a foot more than what was installed on the home. My proof is on the houses and in my gutter maps, which I would be happy to show. Where is his proof?? And where is this lawsuit?? Neither are coming because of the simple fact of his claims being completely false. To me, $7200.00 is a lot of money. I know if someone owed me that amount I would be trying relentlessly to collect. I have, to date, not received one single bill from him nor have I received any contact from his attorney. False accusations and threats!! I personally take extreme pride in offering customers a substantially lower bid on gutters than most other legitimate companies in the Chicagoland area. I am able to do so because I am a smaller company with minimal over head and also do most of the work myself. Rest assured quality always comes first not speed! I would be more than happy to come out and give an honest estimate to any one looking for seamless aluminum gutters. I offer an all American, clean, professional crew and warranty the pitch of my gutters for life. That warranty even includes all of the flawless 26 gutter jobs I installed for Ali ,the complaintant, in 2014/15 :) Give me a shot, I am confident that I can regain any trust lost because of this posting and prove to you that these absurd alligations are extremely false.
