In 2011 we subscribed to McAfee but due to viruses we discontinued and went with Norton Virus. Unfortunately they did not stop charging our account even though the information was not updated by us. They eventually figured out how to charge our account. It happened again this year. We did not give them the updated version of our credit card but again they figured it out and have charged our credit card once again. We have had no activity what so ever on McAfee. We received many emails saying this is your last chance to update. We did not want to update. When I asked what credit card they used, she said they do not have that information registered. I am so angry right now. They refuse to refund even though permission was not given to update our card. It truly is a rip-off. The girl stated that they have a company that they get updates concerning MasterCard. Shouldn't this be illegal? I should have noticed last year but did not notice that we were charged. This year I noticed but due to curcumstances here did not get them called in 60 days. Regardless this should not be allowed to happen.
