a Sears representative came out and he guessed the carpet to be 8 years old and he was amazed at the poor quality.
i have been trying to resolve this issue since before Thanksgiving and have gotten nothing but a run around from Doug, the owner. he does not return phone calls and has just chosen to ignore us, hoping that we will just go away.
this is not a company i would recommend anyone to do business with.
