I was overcharged several times at this location, and it seems this is being done intentionally - not by accident. I ordered a combo meal, and paid with my debit card. They charged me $7.33 for a nugget combo, which didn't seem right, so I looked up at the board and it only cost $5.59. I asked her why she charged me more, and she called a manager over. The manager made some remark to the effect that the employee rang in all the items separately instead of as a combo. So she kept asking me to swipe my car - about 3 more times - to do the refund and re-ring the order in correctly.
Then I noticed she didn't refund me for the $7.33, she only refunded me $6.97. I looked at my bank account on my phone while I was there, and saw both charges on my account for the wrong charge and the correct charge, but also another charge for $2.19. So she basically pretended to give me a refund, then when and charged the overcharge back on to my card! When I asked her why she did that she just shrugged and said "I don't know". So I asked her to write her name down on the receipt, which she scribbled out illegibly and decided to call in a complaint.
In hindsight this had happened another time too. I had also been there about a week prior, and ordered a double cheeseburger combo along with one of their $1 double burgers. The total came to about $8 and some change. That seemed kind of high, but I was in a hurry and didn't notice it, not to mention it was the drive through so there was no in store tax.
Word of warning, double check your receipts at this place, and do not pay with a card here at all. Or better yet, just go somewhere else.
