i have many complaints about mci wireless.first, i was charged for roaming when the represenative selling me the plan told me free roaming,free weekends,etc...another added bouns i would recieve two cell phones.when asked will i be billed seperately for the phones..the answer was no. well at my surprise when the first bill came, i recieved two seperate bills..now the major problem i'm having is i mailed two payments off over two weeks ago and it's still not posted to this day...when i called the company i'm placed on hold for about one hour and the switched to another department , that still cannot tell me where the payment are or why it is taking so long to post. i have spoken to several representives no one has an answer for me.meanwhile my cell phones has been disconnected.and i'm still recieving telephone calls from the company concerning my bill.i told them i will not send another payment untill you find the payments i made a few weeks ago. this has been one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with and the sad part is the company make me feel like it is my fault the payments haven't been received. they told me maybe the hold up is the money orders hasn't cleared .but all the other money orders i mailed that same week...the companies has recieved them and posted them..i'm at my end with them and don't know what to do..they are now sending me letters threatening to send information to the credit bureau..
