MCM Midland Credit Management, Inc. Threatened With Physical Violence To Pay A Bill I Did Not Make. Internet

I was sent a demand letter for payment to collect a bill I did not make by Midland Credit Management, Inc. Address listed as: 8875 Aero Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, Ca 92123.

Telephone number given as: 1-800-282-2644. The letter I received was endorsed by H. Torres, who is suppose to be a Division Manager for MCM. When I spoke to an agent and gave her the account number they assigned to a non-exixtent account with them, she told me that she was collecting a debt for T-Mobile Cell Phone Services, Inc. The fact is that I never had an account with them ever in my life. She demanded that I pay $784.00 immediately with my credit card.

I told her that if they don't have a hand writing specialist in court, and a picture of me signing a copy of a contract with T-Mobile Cell Phone Company, then they were barking up The wrong tree. She told me to hold on, and when a man came to the phone, he was very abusive and told me that they would send someone to my house and take the money out from my hide. At this point, I hung up on ther MCM male agent, and called the Police Department. They told me that it was probably a SCAM.

All I can say is that Midland Credit Management, Inc. is never going to get one Mexican Red Penny out of me, and that they can burn in Hell, as far as I'm concerned. No one is going to threaten my life and get away with it. I have already been to the FBI Office, and MCM is now under investigation, and the IRS is in the process of auditing all of their existing accounts. They will pay for the physical threats they made against my life. I won't rest until this low down scum shuts their doors forever!
