mcmahon rv stole $6000.00 money paid for extended warranty, failed to send title work, profushly lied about everything colton California

I purchased this vehicle on 2/12/14 in Quartzsite Arizona, taking possession the same day in Blythe, California. When I signed the papers I also purchased the optional extended warranty, through USA Travel, for $5995.00, making the total price of this vehicle $70977.00 and I received $31000.00 for my trade in, and financed a balance of $39977.00. After not receiving my title work, I called their main dealership in Colton California, several times leaving messages, and did not get a return call. I called again on April 28^th and got the message that all voice mails were full. I then called USA Travel and was told McMahons failed to purchase the warranty which they were paid for. I then contacted Business Consumer Alliance, and filed a formal complaint, and was told they had 67 complaints against McMahons. I then contacted the California Department of Justice, who referred me to you. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
