Shame on this company. They knowingly sold my aging parents their piece of junk $2500 vacuum cleaner. My 80 year old mother suffers from dimensia and my father was terminal with end stage COPD and had recently suffered a series of strokes. Two weeks after my parents signed on their dotted line, my father passed away. Now they refuse to allow the vacuum cleaner to be returned stating, " they signed the contract". They were also deceitful enough to get my parents to pay using a third party finance company; thus they already have their money. By the way, the vacuum cleaner is not as good as a $150 vacuum from Wal-Mart. There is no way my mother can afford this piece of crap vacuum. Also, they are not BBB accredited nor do they have a web site. There is also no way to contact them via email. Steer clear of this company who makes a gigantic profit from preying on the elderly.
