Media press commissions explained

AUTHOR: Media press HR - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 29, 2017

In the case of this report, a sales contractor worked with us for 1 day, made a small amount of commission (under $50) and left the organization. This sale requires that a customer keep their purchase for 60 days in order to qualify for payment. This is how we as an organization is paid by our client(s) and it applies to all agents representing us as well. If a sales agent has an active contract, we will pay those commissions in advance in good faith. If an agent is not active with our organization, any due commissions are paid once the order is qualified for payment. If a customer cancels their service (for example a salesman may have lied to the customer) that commission will be reversed. In this case, the 2 sales made that first day both cancelled within 60 days. The average weekly production for our agents is 35 sales a week and typically less than 10% call back to cancel. To review: Agents are paid commission, If they are active with the organization they receive a weekly paycheck of their sales (nearly 60 days in advance) That advance does not apply to agents who are not working, or left the organization. If a customer immediately cancels their order, the salesperson must return those commissions.
