The company only sends you a portion of the program, but they will tell you they sent it all to you, when in fact 3/4 of the way thru you have to request the rest of the program. The company does not tell you the exact specifics of the program only want they want you to know to make themselves sound good. Kirk makes you feel like a moron when you go to cancel. My reasons for cancelling are legitimate and within the time frame he is ignoring but the way I explained them was not up to his standards. Sorry my IQ level is not high enough for you. I have not started the course or taken any tests and looking at what they sent was not what they describe in the online brochure. Stay far away from this company. They only give you the disclosures when you cancel within your rights and then tell you to suck it up you are not getting a refund. This company does not tell you everything upfront. Outcome is I want my refund as promised in the disclosures that were sent to me after I signed up and after I go to cancel program and want a refund. Watch the news a reporter took my story to investigate also in Oregon, guess it pays to be in the military and know people. AGO has also been notified along with the BBB on how this company operates. Freedom of speech. Fair Credit Billing Act.

I gave you my specifics as to the misrepresentations of the program that was not disclosed. I am sorry if my IQ is not up to your standards and am trying my best to get my point across. I am not going to fight this out with you. We will let the public and the mediators negotiate this for me. I have filed papers you will be notified from the mediators. Please respond to all who contact you including the press.

I had respectfully asked you for specifics relative to your assertions, you speak in general terms about us purportedly misrepresenting some aspect of our Programs; I categorically disagree.  Regarding the Software, students are prompted to request the software download file (while in Chapter 6) for use in Chapter 7, has the outline states. At that time, an un-lock code is issued and the software is active for 45 days; to use a little or long as one deems necessary to reconcile the theoretical with the practical aspect of performing Medical Billing.

You misrepresented a lot of facts and left out all disclosures. I will take this up with the AGO.

I never said I did not want to do Medical Billing, do not put words in my mouth that are not there. I am in fact not in possession of the main billing software or have applied for it and have not taken any tests or done anything on the website. It was misrepresented in your brochure website on how the course really works not just what you offer and especially do not offer.

I am fully disputing this and want a refund. I am within the time frame that was disclosed after the fact and not in the beforehand.

I am willing to take this all the way and will be notifying the public for awareness to get my refund back. I do not have to move forward with a misrepresented course that I do not have in its entirety.

What did our website misrepresent to you, specifically.  Our Certificate Program delineates exactly what you would receive; even the individual Chapter outline are visible to you in advance.  I know that we delivered the contents of the Program to you, as a result, you are in possession of materials (7 Chapters, Study Guides and exams) and have the ability to move forward.  If you have elected no to, that doesn't denote us misrepresenting anything.

Hello, I am requesting a refund. Course was not disclosed on your website as what I received. This was misrepresentation on your part as far as how the program was described. I did not take any of the classes or received the full program so I would like a refund based on misrepresentation of the program. Details were not described as correctly as you want the purchaser to perceive. Disclosures were not sent upfront of purchasing either. Disputing $499.95.
