Tuesday, May 17th @ 9:30 AM CDT Peter James with a heavey Jamacian accent called announcing I had won a $2.5 million lottery.  My response was "how so - since I had not entered any lotteries". He asked if I had shopped Walmart or JC Penney - I responed yes and he said that's how, through a promotion. At that time he requested I get a sheet of paper to write down some important information to claim my winnings. Eventually he wanted a confirmation number which would cost me $299. At that time I concluded the call telling Peter James that I knew of no lotteries that required purchases after winning - I hung up.

He did call back and asked if I wanted to donate my winnings to a charity to which I replied, "please do".
