Meijers Department Store Rude Lady at Customer Service Desk Findlay Ohio

I have been a customer of Meijers Store in Findlay for at least 25 years.
Today I was there to mail out a package for christmas.
There is no signs telling a person which way to enter the customer service desk area. They have a rope about 6 feet away from the counter and it is open on both ends so a person could enter from either end to get to the desk for help.
I went in the left end of the entrance behind that rope.
The Rude Nasty Older Woman working at the Customer Service Desk said I came in the wrong end of the entrance!! There was nobody else at her area of the counter waiting to be served.
I said there was no signs posted anywhere stating which end to enter.
That lady was very very rude to me.
And I then remembered that was the same lady that shorted me by $100 when I cashed a check there back in the spring of 07.
I had to return to the store that time to get my $100 she shorted me. After accusing me that she Indeed did not short me $100, she counted her cash drawer and compared to the register info and She found out that She indeed shorted me by $100. She then paid me the $100 that I was owed for the amount she shorted me.
That lady has worked at Meijers for many years and she appears to be very old and maybe its time for her to retire if she cannot be kind to a good customer of Meijers.
If you go to Meijers do not use the Customer Service Desk.
The lady I had problem with is older lady with curly lighter color hair. I did not look at her name tag but should of today so I could report her to the store manager for her rudeness to customers. !!!
