I wanted to purchase an iPhone 6s Plus, Rose Gold, 16 GB from USA and let my cousin bring it with her since she was there. I went online and saw an online store www.melovastote.com, the site didn't have the colour I wanted so I emailed them and inquired upon which I was told they have it and the information to whine I can send the payment to via Western Union. The price was $770 + $30 for 2 day shipping via FedEx which gave a total of $800 which I gladly paid. Two days after when I asked again I was told to be patient. The third day I received an email stating that there is a custom fee of $200 that I have to pay before it is sent to me or I can purchase the same item and they will cover the cost. So I paid another $800. The fourth day I recieved the email again telling me that due to the delay the goods were held up and I have to pay $100, that wasn't my fault it was there's and I argued but I finally gave in and paid the $100 cuz arguing via email isn't as efficient as if I called and lived in USA. The fifth day/ yesterday I was told to pay $100 for the bill of lads my code which they don't have and only customs will provide and was told that was the last payment. I told my self that would be it so let me pay and finish with it. This morning I recieved another email saying that the good were packed wrong and a laptop was placed in my package and I have to pay for it because of some regulations. I am refusing to pay them another cent, it wasn't my fault for the other $1000 I spent on the other phone, Bill of lading code and the late fees. When I was arguing with them I was told that I wouldn't be able to be refunded because everything was ready and they can't do it. In total it has been $1950 including western union charges and the extra phone I paid for. I paid more than I had bargained for even though it's not my fault and I'm being told I have to pay for a lap top that I don't want.
