Staying constant these two, Alyn ad Gloria.  They attack with word like you killed the cat,  and it must have  had trouble with the new home, you obviuosly never have animals , this must have been your first pet!  They try to say things like, your vet gave him too many shots.  All they try to do is make you feel like its your fault. And your a bad person.  It's not us,  I have been a cat owner since I was 6 years old, I  was brought up on a family farm with hundreds of animals. I know how to take care of animals.  So my advice is small claims court. Every time for everyone this happens to. They must be stopped! 

I have noticed these breeders are now selling their kittens under the name of Glorida Childs, phone 727-992-3870 here in Florida. They are selling under the cattery name of Heavensentsphynx.  They have a big ad in Cat Fancy magazine.

It is a shame they are allowed to continue breeding, and so many kittens too, when so many of us have gotten sick kittens from them. Someday I hope all this will help shut them down.

Inhumane people, just let us know. We have all documentations on our Russian blue. We are happy to help you with anything. There are several others who suffered also. I'm sure they would also speak up. I hope you all the best, but unfortunately if you kitty has FIP there is no hope. There is no exact test, but they can tell you after a lot of out of pocket money if your baby has it. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us, or email us back. You will know quickly if your kitty is sick with this deadly virus. The symptoms are logical. Your kitty will no longer act like a kitty. He will just curl up in a ball and want to sleep, and look very sad. I'm so sorry again.

It strikes me odd to have seen the same verbiage used against  Caroline & Rob Valet as was used against my wife and I, that my wife and I "are two people that should not ever be able to have a pet let alone have children".

 On October 8, 2011 me purchased a Blue Russian kitten from Mr. Alan Harding at the USA Flea Market located in New Port Richey, FL. On the way home the kitten was sneezing frequently, as I did not notice this the brief time we spent with the kitten at the flea market as soon as we arrived home we called the phone number that was given to us and reached Alan's wife and explained to her what was going on. She told us to come up and pick up some medicine the next day from Alan at the flea market and we did. He gave us some kind of pills and instructed us to mix it in the kittens food and that should take care of it, and if not, go to a feed store and pick up some "FishMox" and give it to the kitten. We took the kitten to a vet and he prescibed medication for the kitten which did not help, the sneezing would continue. We took the kitten to another vet, he prescribed a different medication, that did not work either .

Then we did some research on the internet and found about Alan and Gloria's reputation for selling sick cats with FIP, researched what FIP is and the symptoms, and there you have it. We should have researched prior to buying the kitten, live and learn.

When we called the Hardings about this issue we heard all of the excuses, we heard everything except how they were not going to refund our money. I can see how someone would get upset at them and say things to them about their character and their business practices. There is no doubt that my wife said somethings to them that was "unpleasant", but what do they expect. These two people do not need to be in any business were lives, animal or human are involved.

I will take a line from their on rebuttal,"You would think that in this day and age people would be a little bit smarter " They are correct, in this day and age you "Alan and Gloria" should be a little bit smarter in how you deal with people and do business because people talk.

This is not the end of my campaign, tomorrow I am contacting the Pasco County Animal Control to file a formal complaint against them and to have their "Cattery" inspected. My intent is to have them shut down

Caroline & Rob Valet are two people that should not ever be able to have a pet let alone have children! What I have witnessed in the last few months of Mr Valets personality & temper is a very scary thot that this man actualy has children and runs The Homestead Inn in Blowing Rock North Carolina. After listening to his tone of voice on my answering machine with is threats, the whole time with a sickening laugh, who would ever feal safe staying under his roof?

Yes these people did purchase a kitten back in Dec. and acording to them the kitten did become ill, but not until after they decided to double up on its vaccines, because according to them their vet told them it should have another set of vaccines just one week after our vet had given it the vaccines because it had come from a show homethey said it would be better to double up! Well now the kitten becomes ill after having two vaccines a week apart and yes of coarse the testing shows high titers to the Corona Virus, of coarse it will with two vaccines that close apart!
FIP is a dificult disease to diagnose. Testing is not accurate and the clinical signs are easily confused with a number of illnessess. The only certain diagnosis are made at the time of a neocropsy exam.
The FIP test that is available unfortunatley, the cross reaction with other Coronavirus antibodies (like a vaccine) makes it very likely that there will be antibodies found, sometimes in high levels whether an FIP infection is present or not.
Mr Valet assumed that because his kitten showed elevated titer levels after having his vaccine that it must be possitive for FIP and hung a death sentence on his kitten.  This kitten may have been fighting off a reaction to the stress of a new home and a double set of vaccines including the FIP vaccine  but because of no neocropsy we will never know why or if this kitten passed away!
Mr Valet was offered another kitten because yes I know there is children involved but he has declined.
I have been showing and raising kittens for over twenty five years now and never have I dealt with such his on a evil man as this.
His threating voice messages have had to be reported to the local police. I will post his one voice message here so others can see what kind of person this is.

You would think that in this day and age people would be a little bit smarter in what they leave on answering machines?

As per the police investigation I have been adviced to have no contact with this man so this will be the only post I will be making just to set the record straight.
I will not give him the sick satisfaction that he craves.
