Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Had a check engine light on, took to my private mechanic, code showed EGR valve. I watched the mechanic take off the EGR valve, clean the pipe, and replace with a new EGR valve. It took a total of 25 minutes. Unfortunately because of computer issues the light came back on next day. My mechanic had charged me $340 to fix, including the part cost $251. He gave my money back and told me I had to take to Mercedes. I have gone to him for years so trust him.

Took to Mercedes Laguna Niguel. After giving me a laundry list of things they wanted to fix, $9100 for a car worth maybe $5000, I told them just to fix the EGR. They wanted $944.00 to fix. They charged me 4 HOURS labor, for a job I clearly know can be done in less than 1 hour.

Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel are THIEVES!!! They are a complete RIPOFF!..

I highly recommend them if you want to get REAMED!!!
