Merchandise Direct/ Buxton Bag Charged me for two low quality purses and two wallets when I only ordered one Internet

I specifically ordered one purse and one wallet and declined all other offers. I was told that the conversation was being recorded for training purposes. When I get my credit card bill, I was billed for two purses and two wallets. When I called to inquire about the overcharge to my card, I was told the items were already shipped from California and that I would have to wait until I received the merchandise and return it before I could get a refund because I wanted to cancel my order right then.

This place is a rip-off and fraud. I used the corresponding key pad on my touch tone phone to reiterate the response. Never again will I order from this disreputable company. When you call customer service which is a different number (1-866-389-3774), you encounter the most rude service attendants and ignorant to boot. They would not know their behind from a hole in the ground. I wish it was some way to sue their asses and prosecute them to boot.
