Merchant Credit Association I had Medical Bill Ever Green Hospital and it was sold to Merchant credit union Redmond Washington

    I had appnedesis surgery  on october 1 ,2014   at Ever Green Hospital ,later  on november 2014 I got a hospital bill of 15k. My insurance didn't cover a penny of this bill. I called the hospital and asked them if they can give me a discount and a payment plan.They refused to do any thing so it went to a collection agency.Later in march 2015 merchant credit association sent me that bill and I asked merchant credit association the same question but they told me I have to pay right away.

       Later on may 2015  merchant credit association sue me and I hired a medical recovery company and They told me I have a right of 20% uninsured discount and the hospital charged me extra  $3k, while the case is on disput merchant credit association sent me  a default judgment against me letter and I have to pay the bill as well as their legal and athorney fees.

    Both the hospital and the credit union knows I am an immigrant and I feel I am discrminated and abused by these two companies. I need help what to do
