Our contract calls for no monthly minimum and no inactive fee. When we signed up with this company they promised us and we signed a contract with the only fee being .05% for processing. We are a seasonal business which they were made of, and now they are billing us $64.95 a month for not using the service in our off season. If you call the customer service nummber on both the billing statement and the business card that came with our contract you will get First Data. If you dial the ext number for your representative it just rings with no answer and will disconnect you. If you talk with First Data they will tell you it is not them and give you another number to call at which there is no answer. I have been trying for several months to resolve this issue with no results so far.
Beware of promises made by this company from Long Island NY!
