Merchant Services, Inc. Dishonest, Thieves, Crooks, Liars New Providence New Jersey

I signed up with this company in May to process my merchant accounts. Within three weeks they had taken every single dime I had in my account from my bank! It caused my rent and my furniture bill checks to bounce. I struggled to play catch up. I had to apply for a loan for which I was declined because the program ran out of funding. I contacted MSI and was told that it was a processing fee. First they would take .99 and then large sums of money. Over and over until I was broke. I ended up losing my business because of these people! I have never spoken to anyone that could succesfully explain what type of processing fee I could have accrued before I even gotten the equipment. I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General's office and they never responded to the letters that were sent. After I put a stop payment on my account they continued to try and take money out nearly every single day! The type of account I had was set up that if I didn't have the money in my checking, they would take it from my savings account. Four times the NC Attorney General's office contacted MSI and they never once responded. I sent their machine back to them, and a certified letter explaining why I was returning their equipment. It hadn't even been a month!
