merchant services canada  rip off!!!   beware beware!!    Ive been in business for over 23 years, Erik's restorations in delta.Ive done my credit card transactions through  chase paymenteck.i was paying 33.60 per month for my terminal.   then one day john esgravage of merchant services canada, Guaranteed Lowest processing rates and convinced me to purchase the terminal on a 12 month lease to own.the last payment was the buyout. oh the savings...well at $116.24 per month times 12 = $1394.00 plus 4 extra months $464.96 which $1858.96.i was sold at the 12 payments and i was supposed to own it for the original 12 payments.now i called merchant services canada and they gave me the leasing company's # and informed me its not their problem,also their salesman is no longer working for them.the leasing company says i can cancel any time but i don't own the terminal.so the salesman wins again.i feel totally ripped off... merchant service is not interested in my complaint.please stay away from this company.there is no savings with them!!! their salesman will lie lie lie like a rug.
