This collection agency falsified a writ of garnishment presenting it to my bank who was to stupid to actually read the doc. to find out it wasn't real and allowed them to take money from my account. Commiting multiple felonies at the federal level, Im not sure why others have allowed this to just happen to themselves just letting it go. I am actively engaging them in a law suit as well as suing the bank who allowed them access to my account, Heritage Bank by the way.The buck stops here. I encourage others to join the fight my suit is filled from Island county so any info needed is a matter of record there.
