Merchants Quest STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEAD GEN COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Long Beach California

I signed up with Merchants Quest on Aug 9th, 2013, and paid $700 to receive 20 ACH loan leads...And let me tell you, it was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life...

If I could rate the quality of the leads that Merchants Quest provided me from 0-10 I will give them a minus 100.

Until I stop doing business with Merchants Quest, every single lead that I would receive was absolute garbage, in a sense that none of the so calls leads would ever return my calls/emails/faxes...It became painfully obvious that the telemarketers that Merchats Quest was using (Mary and Jane were the ones responsible for my leads) would just fill out the information that was either partially, or fully inaccurate, and that they were just interested in hitting their "quota"...

I brought this up with my account manager, Sabrina, and wondered why the quality of my leads were so low. Sabrina reassured me that it was just a blip on the radar, and that she will talk with Mary and Jane to make sure that the leads are 'qualified' better moving forward..However, the quality of the leads still remained the same i.e none of the leads had any interest whatsoever in talking to me/returning my calls, let alone submit an applicatoin, etc...

So at that point I've had enough, I reached out to Sabrina and wanted my money back...Surprise, surprise, she stopped returning my calls/emails...I kept emailing her, and after my 5th or so attempt received a response from her, telling me that due to family emergency she can no longer conduct business, and that she will refer me over to her colleague, MaryAnn...Back on Sep 3rd, MaryAnn reassured me that I will receive my full refund of $700 in 10 business days...It is Sep 19th now, and not only have I NOT received my refund, but MaryAnn has also stopped returning my calls/emails...

Merchants Quest has put me through a lot of stress, to a point that I am now suffering from a heart condition...I will now be pursuing legal action against Merchants Quest, hopefully this will teach Mr. Steven Pasha, the company president, to stop robbing businesses from their hard earned money...
