Mercury Insurance sucks. I had uninsured motorist with them and got into a hit and run accident. I had the proper coverage for the accident, uninsured motorist coverage. I was injured so bad it was crazy. I had a fractured arm and tore rotator cuff in the shoulder. Even with all of this they refused to do anything for me! They were only going to pay me $1k for all my injuries.
They are real SOB because they didn't do anything until I hired attorney Michael Shemtoub. Then suddenly out of no where these SOBs started taking me seriously. Then when Mr. Michael Shemtoub started to file a bad faith lawsuit against Mercury insurance is when they suddenly decided to raise their offer from 1 to 50k! Can you believe them! God Bless Mr. Shemtoub, but may God hate Mercury Insurance.
