NEVER use Met Life! They renigged on their home loans; you cant trust them for insurance either; worst customer service; they will make you wait for 4 hours on the phone and then disconnect you; they cant find your paper work; they cant track your payments; but they willtake late fees; they even returned a payment because it doesn't have the late fee they caused! Worst company to deal with - Never recommend them for anything!

Too bad Irving Texas has such schlepps in their city!
