metabo matrix did a trial and then cancelled I talked to 2 people to verify the cancellation. then today got a bottle and they charged my debit card . they make it almost impossible to contact them no info on the shipping label or product!!!!! these people are a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scottsdale arizona

called to inquire about a trial period for matabo matrix, was told i could cancel and i would not be charged and no product would be sent to me. considered deal done. gentleman was very rude kept trying to sell therefore he said he cancelled my order. to make sure i called back spoke with a very nice young lady and she reassured me that yes my account was no longer active and no further actions were needed. then today i get a bottle of the metabo matrix with a charge of $14.99. i am very upset because there is no phone number to metabo matrix this stuff came from a shipping center. metabo matrix makes is extreamely impossible to get a hold of them and talk to someone. the product is crap and this whole ordeal has become a total nightmare. do not know what my next move is gonna be. probablhy cancell my debit card, total pain.
