AddressReport, Dandelion, FranchiseHelp, SmallBusinessPost, and Union Square Linens. While our focus has been on the consumer and small business verticals, Franchise Help. Different names but same staff with same scam has been the most questionable company to work with when purchasing franchise leads for sales and other services. I have worked with other companies like franchise Gator, Fanchise Clique, and Franchise Opportunities. When we get leads that are not legitimacy they investigate and provide us with a refund right away. This has not been the case with FRANCHISE HELP or ANY of its sister companies! It has not been helpful at all. Their customer service is very poor they're quick to turn their backs on you when we've called in the past and ask for help about bad leads, or questionable leads with fake or disconnected phone numbers and emails. They basically sell non legitimate leads. Franchise Help is based out of NEW YORK and seems like they run a WOLF OF WALLSTREET type business by scamming others out of their money with fake leads. BE AWARE! THEY WOULDN'T give me a refund on a lead I purchased which when I called the person claimed to be the King Of Mississippi and friends with OBAMA, clearly he was dissabled and the young woman who handles customers service calls at Franchise Help blew me off and said it was a legitimate lead. (ANA FLOWERS AND LAUREN EVANS who work at FRANCHISE HELP only care about taking money from smaller businesses like mine and not care to retrieve my phone calls backs or even consider the inconsistent or bad leads coming from their service. VERY DISSAPOINTING. DO NOT WORK WITH FRANCHISE HELP! BE AWARE! They give you FAKE people who were never interested, I asked them if they got paid to do this he said YEs, Yes, Yes and hung his name was Ron. All these leads have been from the inner city with no interest to do business. We got hustled.
