I purchased tickets through them for disney on ice in sacramento ca for 39.00 plus convinces fees for section 124 a-v which we bought 4 tickets and when i went to print my tickets you gave me section 124 row y which were priced at 23.00 a pieces. I call and the lady ann-marie said that the seat we given to someone else and that she could refund us only 30 dollars cause that was the difference but you can see that there is a bigger difference between them. She told me that it was the difference because of there convence fee but she never add there convince fee for the 39.00 tickets thus hence she didnt give us the right amount. So i called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and got this guy saying that they dont have to give us a supervisor and that they are not going to do anything for us. When i proceed to tell him that it is my right to talk with a supervisor he hung up on me which made me even more mad. So i called back and they gave me a supervisor and she said well there is nothing we can do that it is your policy that if those tickets for those seats are not available that they give better ones or call to review the order if the tickets are in not in better section. I never recieved a call to discuss anything i only found out because of when i went to print my tickets it was in the wrong rows. The supervisor was not helpful and when i asked to speak to her boss she said there is no one above her so then i asked for the owners number she said that there is no number for them. I am very upset and disappointed in your guys service because you guys are stealing from me by not giving me the full difference of the tickets. The sad thing is that all they had to do was refund us the full amount which would have been 30 dollars more but instead they were rude and the worst customer service i have ever had.
