metropcs. cellphone i was sold a refurpish android phone which the camera did not work and the phone was not keeping a charge, joe did not charge me any transfere fees but because i brought the phone back now he wants to tampa , Florida

i went into metropcs store this afternoon to purchase a phone. i was going to get a new phone but the sell rep showed me a refurpished android phone and i explained to him when i got the phone if anything goes wrong with the phone i was bringing it back. the phone did not keep a charge, the camera did not work at all, i kept calling the company back and i told them what was wrong with the phone, the charge me 87.00 for the phone and did not charge me any transfere fees at all and they did not charge me to switch me contact from one phone to another,

well i was at work and i had the reciept and i had some one take my phone back up to the store because joe said he would switch out the phone and the person that took back the phone tell here that he was going to charge me 15 dollars, and he was going to charge me 15dollars to switch my contacts,. and now he is saying that i owe him 2dollars and i do not think its right that he wants to charge me for 30.00 when he did not charge me the first time  and i would like something and i brought a watch from them that does not work, and he charged me 10dollars for it
