Metropcs Total Ripoffs Nationwide
I was a metropcs customer in January 2016 i started my service with them Dec 20th of 2015 and i payed my bill early on Dec 31st of 2015 for January 2016 i received a message to my phone stating that i needed to pay my bill before the cut off notice mind you i already paid my bill but they disconnected my service twice a guy superviser named John told me he sees where my payment was made but yet my service was still disconnected and they was asking for a payment for February to continue my service like what since does that make??????? Im sooo pissed i discontinued my service i wouldn't recommend them to anyone their a total ripoff
