MHP mobile home park rv horizions trisha diane trying to remodel & upgrade mobile home continous harrassment by management team des moines Iowa

I bought this mobile home from Isleys previous owners, in nov. they knew I was remodeling. So I gutted trailer, bought new lumber, MHP maintaiance tried to haul it off.  Then they demanded i move it in the house, I had it neatly stacked. cleaned up daily. did not bother neighbors.  The prevous owner of this trailer left multiple bricks, old wood, rugs ect.. I received notices from neighboirs where they blew off occas. found some on door. They do not believe in mail. In jan and Feb they demaned spring cleaning be done.

any mobile home they have evicted people from are trash, windosbroke garbage weeds. bbut they demand we  do ours.,My neighbor had to remove a red white blue quilt from window and borrow cxurtains from me because on a friday night at 6pm she was given eviction threat if did not comply.

I explained i was remodeling, needed time. another individual which had been helping me was asked to leave, they brought the police demanded he leave. I am a disabled individual, limited income, i have worked day after day trying to complete this.  I have received numerous write ups to clean up debrey in yard, this is my new lumber, plumbing ect. I work late in evening to ensure yard is cleaned.

As my son was evicted they will not allow him here to help me or visit. after my ex started staying here they increased the write ups, but admit no policy.  They sent sherriff department out to demand my ex leave instead of the two of them stopping and telling me, when they found out they had no grounds to order her to leave the manager diane stated I would be out.

now i have received an eviction notice. 60 days to move trailer if i can find a place. come up with money to move or leave it lose 9000.$ i have invested over past 9 months.

 trisha and her helperts have made comments about me , harrass me.  My lawyer talked with them after numerous attempts to contact them. after 2 weeks he reached trisha, the manager, he asked about me stying she responded no due to illegal occupants.  She then stated she works for drug task force states i am known meth dealer. i cleared this up as tyhere is no truth to nthis with warren co sherriff.my attorney asked trisha if he could speak with district manager diane signs, trisha told him it would do no good, but he could try.

My lawyer contacted her she said no way would they reverse this. no she saying you are a pedifile and cannot be on property. they have noproof, no concerns by law enforcement.

 They do not have any reason to evict me, I feel this is coming fron the managers not the corp.  I wonder who would want to invest in this mess. thre are otyher concerned citizens in this town they will be following up also. they will be using thisweb site.

The company does not keep up there end, trees leaningover trailers needing trimmed they are telling people to trim them. the roads are a mess bumpy, no where for a child play. no up keep of empty trailers. trisha has been seen several times with her spouse go into trailer owned by bank and remove objects, boxes on weekends and after hours. everyone I hire she kicks off the property. she, trisha and diane stated the mayor and city are working with them.

It is so sad to she kids waiting on curb for dad to pick up, then go to dumpster see there toys and clothes.

they are reselling these homes on vcontract thru craigs list, has them fix up then evicts them. resells.
