I ordered a rush prom gown for my daughter from this company. The gown cost $149.00 and the rush fee was $39.99

First, the order was not rushed and arrived late. Second, the gown was pictured as a beautiful red satin gown. What arrived in a plastic bag was a wrinkled, 100% polyester disaster of a dress. It looked like a bad Halloween costume. The workmanship was of the poorest quality.

The website guarantees 100% refund on any dress that is not satisfactory to the customer. This company refused to refund any money at all, despite numerous emails. They pretend not to understand Engish and play games via email.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are based in China and their service and products are absolutely terrible.
