michael brewer micheal brewer tried to rent me a house that has been sold in a short sale earlier this month troy , Alabama

  i was searching Craigslist in phoenix AZ area looking for a home to rent when i found what i thought was a great deal and had contacted the person who listed it and have exchanged 7-8 emails since the 14 of November and 5-7 phone calls as well discussing the possibility of renting the property and when i suggested that i deposit the first months rent  and security deposit directly into his account he said to do it by western union which made me and my wife immediately suspicious his accent sounded middle eastern but his name is Michael on the email address and signs it Micheal on the emails when i mentioned what we could do for the pet deposit and he has seemingly not addressed that part he requests i send the first months rent and deposit to Fannie Anders of 144 bowie ave bowling green Kentucky so i have as of yet to hear back from the landlord of the property  (big surprise huh) i feel that i won't be renting this amazing property as the person of ownership according to the state of Arizona and then the realtor that had last listed the property tells me that it was purchased by a investment company so beware of renting a 3/2 bath house for 680 per month in Litchfield park Arizona  off Craigs list so the search continues
