On May 15th 2013, we purchased 2500 Gatewate P4 desktops and 650 Gateway all-in-one Profile PCs among other things and only recieved 2250 desktops and 575 Profile all-in one units. Michael Hester/Computer Asset Liquidators refuses to provide the missing systems or the reasonable compensation of $9055. They signed and faxed back our PO stating that they agree to provide that quantity of systems for that agreed upon price.

Differences resolved

Both parties have come to an agreeable settlement and have discharged our differences. The original grievances arose because of unfortunate miscommunications and have been satisfactorily resolved. Tech World has no further complaint with Michael Hester.

THIS IS JUST A OUT RIGHT LIE, I TALKED TO THE COMPANY HE SOLD THE EQUIPMENT TO, AND IT DID NOT COST HIM ANYTHING. JUST GOES TO SHOW WHAT KIND OF WORKING OUT OF A HOUSE BROKER DOES. WE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 14 YEARS WITH A 100% SATSFACTION RATE, UNTIL THIS WANNABE OUT OF HIS HOUSE BROKER, CAME ALONG, AND HISGREED, AND MISREPESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT.

THE BUYER FLEW IN AND WAS ADVISED VERBALLY AND IN P.O. THAT THE COUNT WAS NOT RIGHT, AND WAS GIVEN FULL RUN OF BOTH WAREHOUSE, TO OUNTTEST OR WHAT EVER HIS COMPANY CHOSE TO DO. THIS COMPANY FAILED TO MAKE THE LAST PAYMENT OF $20,OOO AND STUCK US WITH THE SHIPPING TO THE COMPANY HE BROKERED TO, WE ALSO HAVE THE PO. THAT PLAINLY STATE. AMOUNT IS NOT CORRECT, AND BUYER AGREES TO BUY, AND IT WAS SIGNED BY THEM.
