Michael Miller michael.miller@advancecashservces.com Wrote an email demanding me to pay or go to court done by email Internet

This guy named Michael Miller emailed me on September 22, 2015 stating this, The case will be downloaded on September 24th,2015 and you will be served with court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you avoid these legal consequences we were mirely require you to get back with us with payment, you can email us for further details.

I then emailed them back stating I do not know who they are and I never borrowed money. Well I then get an email today from them again in the form of a supposed summons. It states that I need to pay $874 or I can end up in court in some county and then jail. I then emailed them again and told them that I do not know who they are and they can quit contacting me. 


The person then emailed me yet again stating he will see me in court, I then emailed back stating that I do not know who the business is and that I will not be going to any courtroom without an official summons from a local authority knocking at my door. 

I then continued, If you do not have my address or my number, I will say this again. Do not contact me or I will call local authorites and will hunt you down.


This needs to stop, this person needs to be reported to authorites.
