 We hired Mike W. Lovett of HRD Strategies to help us during a corporate restructuring. We anticipated layoffs when bringing in a new chairman and Mike was to work with our existing Human Resources deparment to manage this transition. Our first problem with Mike is that he is a Snake Oil Salesman, another smooth talker that over promises and under delivers. He assured us he had adequte experience and had run such transitions with minimal outfall. Years later we are still dealing with lawsuits from employees we had to let go because of the way Mike hearded them out.

Mike treated our employees as cattle and not real people as he thoughtlessly brushed them off and "processed" them. Our biggest complaint and the reason we ended up parting ways with Mike was his theft. After gaining control of our Human Resources Department he committed fraud by conveniently picked up the cost of his wives medical coverage on our tab (she was not hired by us in any capacity). Mike initially was not honest with us about this, but after sorting out what was going on we ended up having to fire Mike and physcially escort him off of our premises. We truthfully regret being associated with Mike Lovett and using him. I hope this will serve as a warning to others.
