I received an email announcing a lottery winning from a UK National Lottery Online Sweepstakes International Program for ticket #9023118308/03 for $558,077.00 (BP)

The first contact letter was signed from:

This second letter informed me that I would have to pay ~$1,600 CA to receive the cash winnings and Dell lap top, baseball cap and T-Shirt.

Fortunately, you have this site where others have been abused and I was able to access your information and proceed no further.
