I sincerely did not want to have it come to this but no communication in a week has left me no choice. I have performed contract work for this company for approx 3 months.  I was hesitant to work for them due to all of the negative reviews here.  I should have listened to those reviews.  I had a friend who actually worked at this company as an employee, he said something just does not "smell" right over there and quit working for them.  I have tried over 16 times to get some sort of confirmation of pay. All I recieve is the run around, now no communication at all.  We are considering picketing their business.  20 contractors in front of thier office on Main Street holding picket signs cant be good for business.  Its a small kind of town where everyone knows everyone.  I do not want it to get to that level,  I just want to get paid. If you have been screwed by this company Please contact the Michigan State Attorneys' office. Enough complaints and they will have to investigate this guy.  The return for damages of nonpayment on contractors work can be up to triple the original invoice amount. Do yourself a favor and do NOT complete any work for this comapny.  I am learning the hard way that they do not appear to have intensions on paying my company.  If you have not been paid contact Altisource, and the Michigan State Attorney generals office.  Altisource is their primary contract, enough complaints to them might get the folks who deserve to get paid, compensated like they should.  vendorsourcing@altisource.com.
